For the LORD is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him (Psalm 95:3-4).

Covid-19 guidelines for our members

ICHC members and other persons who may occasionally accompany us on our hikes are responsible for their own safety with regard to Covid-19, but also have a social responsibility not to put the other hikers at risk of Covid-19.

If in the 10 days preceding the hike you have had Covid-19 symptoms, have tested positive for Covid-19, or have been in contact with a person who has Covid-19, you should not join the hike.

We will aim to hike in smaller groups, ideally up to 10 people, with a maximum of 15 people.

For more information, see Mountaineering Ireland's Covid-19 Advice.

The Irish Christian Hillwalking Club brings Christians from various denominations together for fellowship and healthy outdoor activities.

Hikes are organised on Saturdays, regularly in Leinster, and occasionally also in other parts of Ireland.

We are also organising hiking weekends in Ireland, Wales and Scotland, and we occasionally travel further away. Information about these events is communicated to ICHC members by email.
